卡钩式平衡块的安装方法：
1、在为轮胎校验完动态平衡后，使用干净的布或鹿皮擦拭轮毂边缘内外侧面，保证轮毂表面干净无油无水；
2、铁质卡钩式平衡块安装之前检查；
a、平衡重块无裂纹，针孔，缩孔或其它影响强度的缺陷；
b、夹片端部不允许有有害裂纹和毛刺。
3、找好平衡点，在车轮轮辋的平衡点上安装平衡块,使用安装工具（一般是平衡钳）敲击卡钩顶部，使平衡块卡钩和块体与轮毂完全吻合。
4、安装完成之后检查平衡块是否有松动现象，如没有即平衡块安装成功。
