气门嘴案例

2020年11月20号,网站上收到一个询盘是来着日本的客户,客户询价气门嘴TR413,跟客户要了WhatsApp和邮箱之后,确认了数量,客户说需要10000个。给客户报了出厂价,客户说价格很好,问是否能提供运费价格是多少,计算了重量之后给客户报了运费。客户说需要稍后跟他的老板确认一下价格是否满意。过了两个小时,客户的老板说价格和运费太高了,问是否能降低价格,我们核算了价格之后,给出了合理的价格,问到他的老板之后,他说老板很满意。

客户说明天会安排付款,第二天我联系客户的时候,客户说是否能在阿里上付款,这样会有保障,我同意了之后,客户就安排了付款。稍后就安排了生产。

这次与客户的交易很顺利,客户很相信我们在两天之内就安排了付款,并且对产品的需求很明确,才会有很快的付款。因此,我们需要通过与客户的对话了解客户需求,以帮助客户解决问题。最后通过细节谈判获得订单。
