轮胎拆装扒胎机操作指南
- 使用前应清除轮胎拆装机上及附近妨碍作业的器具及杂物，并检查机器各部是否正常。
- 拆卸轮胎时先将轮胎内的气完全放净，去掉钢圈上所有铅块。
- 拆胎前，将轮胎放到轮胎挤压位置，反复转动轮胎并操作挤压臂使轮胎和钢圈彻底分离，挤压过程中应防止手、脚深入挤压臂内。
- 轮胎搬上拆装台时应避免磕碰设备，踩下踏板锁住钢圈前，应确认卡盘和钢圈之间没有异物，不允许用手指探察钢圈是否放正。
- 拆装轮胎前应在用毛刷在轮胎内圈抹好润滑液，禁止使用矿物油作润滑液。
- 拆装轮胎过程中，用撬棍将轮胎边挑到鸟头上时，应注意撬棍的用力方向和力度，绝不允许将手深入撬开的缝隙中。轮胎边挑上鸟头取出撬棍后，才能踩下踏板使卡盘旋转，将轮胎扒出钢圈。
- 轮胎充气前应首先确认轮胎气压表是否正常，充气时一定要注意安全要注意观察压力表，以免轮胎过压造成人员伤害。
