手动扩胎机具有操作方便灵活特点，适用于汽车轮胎修补。该机由机架、机身及工具盒组成.
使用说明:
一、使用时按轮大小调整好左右立柱开档尺寸，把左右二只扒爪放在轮胎内腔内侧,然后用手扳动扳手，使左右扒爪张开。再用挂勾挂住扳手，以免扳手反弹。按照补胎程序进行修补作业，进行打磨、吸尘、贴胶等系列操作。也可打开工作灯，提高局部亮度，方便工作
二、修补完毕后，先取下挂勾再扳回扳手,松开扒爪，然后可取下轮胎关闭用工作灯电源
